Welcome!

I am a postdoctoral researcher at Geschwister Scholl Institute of Political Science, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. With specializations in statistics and economics, I study the design and responsiveness of energy policies. I employ survey experiments to investigate how information framing and psychological interventions affect energy-efficiency investments, behaviors, and willingness to pay for the clean energy transition at the household level and how energy poverty comes into play. I also use machine learning techniques to examine legislative policymaking and media discourse around energy development issues and crises.  I have been a part of a research project funded by the National Science Foundation that studies shale gas policy conflicts in the U.S.
